WINTER PARK FLORIDA
One of Florida's finest cities (AND IS ALSO MY HOME), is famous for it's train station, stately trees, abundant parks with rose gardens, brick-lined streets, spectacular mansion homes, Tiffany and sculpture museums, boutique shops along Park Avenue, and lakes with hidden canals that you can tour by boat! Chartered in 1887, the city was originally developed as a winter resort for wealthy Northerners seeking refuge from the harsh winters and a tranquil place to rest and relax. Sound familiar to any of my Illinois family and friends?!!!
Fortunately, the city has maintained its natural beauty throughout the years and makes the perfect place for your photo session with me!

WHERE TO EAT IN WINTER PARK FLORIDA
All of this walking and posing for photos might work up an appetite for after your shoot. Here There are so many place I love to eat in Winter Park that you can plan to incorporate into your photoshoot day and make it a fun full day of activities...and FOOD!
Brunch and lunch: The Porch- Get a cafeteria tray dinner and a craft beer or indulge in their weekend Bruch party with a mimosa bar, buffet, and live DJ.
Lunch: The Coop- A southern affair of chicken. Enjoy chicken and waffles with bourbon syrup.
Lunch and Dinner: Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine- Start with a Bosphorus Mule and Lavas. Lavas bread is baked to order and tastes like a puffy little cloud of bread on your plate.
Coffee and breakfast: CFS Coffee- This is my FAVORITE place in Winter Park! I love to end all of my photoshoots here with a coffee!
Special Dinners: Boca- Farm to Table fare. We love this place for extra special dinners and get togethers! We also visit the boca in Tampa and when I told the manager there that we are patron of Winter Park, they Brought dog a plate of farm to table bacon! We love these guys!
ROLLINS COLLEGE
We're probably going to visit Rollins during our session for many reasons, so you might want to know before you go! Rollins College is the oldest college in Florida and the nation’s premiere liberal arts college, was founded here in 1885 by New England Congregationalists who sought to bring their style of liberal arts education to Florida. A college that has produced Rhodes, Fulbright, Goldwater and Truman Scholars, as well as a Nobel laureate, Rollins has been praised by Time Magazine. It is consistently listed by U.S. News & World Report as one of “America’s Best Colleges”. Fred McFeely Rogers majored in music composition and graduated with distinction from Rollins College in 1951. He met his wife, fellow music student Sara Joanne Byrd, at Rollins as well.Plus the college grounds are so beautiful and the architecture is perfect for my photography sessions!
EVENTS TO PLAN YOUR VISIT AROUND
The city is famous for the Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival which draws over 250,000 visitors each year to Central Park to enjoy some of the best art and music in the United States. We love to go to the festival every year to buy a new piece of art for your tattoo studio, and to meet new friends!
